Our Story

Talking about pleasant things in the past from my childhood, I remember my mother doing beautiful bharatkam for her passion learnt from her mother. My mother’s passion led her into the clothing business and designing ethnic wear for her clients. Her mantra was “Single Lady, Single Piece” which stayed in my memory forever.

My mother used to design clothes for herself and experiment new styles on her where she used to stand out in a crowd and look unique. Inspired by my mother, the lesson learned was designing a masterpiece is more than just a fiting. It’s a process – a memory in the making. 

Majority of my style quotient today is influenced by my role model and that is my mother. Witnessing my mother’s designing for her clients and seeing those clients dressed up and looking phenomenal, I couldn’t wait for me to grow up and build a community to be dressed up in Anvi’s designed collection.

Every launch of Anvi is special to me as the designing of each outfit has my mother’s contribution, who is an inspiration of Anvi. My mothers involvement in each and every design of Anvi makes the collection elegant for dressier days.
