What is your exchange policy for online purchases?

At Anvi - styles for stories, we are pleased to offer exchange for your purchase that is unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged and retaining the original tags, within 7 days from the date of delivery, for a different size or style. You have to self ship the received products to us and once it qualifies our QC we shall dispatch your replacement order.

What is your return policy for online purchases?


At Anvi - styles for stories, we offer a 100% money-back guarantee if you are not satisfied with your shopping. If you would like to return any of the items purchased please contact our care team within 3 days of delivery with the following information:

- Order number

- Delivery address

- Specify the reason for return and in case of a defective or incorrect product, please send us an image of the item
