When I think back to my childhood, the most vivid memories are of my mother — sitting by the window, creating exquisite bharatkam embroidery she learned from her own mother. What began as her passion soon blossomed into designing ethnic wear for her clients, each piece carrying her mantra: “Single Lady, Single Piece.”
